What are the best healthy aging supplements in 2026?

The best healthy aging supplements are defined single ingredients with stated doses, batch-level testing you can inspect, and an honest account of what human studies did and did not measure. This guide gives you the criteria for judging any stack, then applies them to the three ingredients Nutrae develops — Ca-AKG, NRHM and Urolithin A.

Disclosure

Who wrote this, and why.

Nutrae is a UAE brand developing exactly three single-ingredient products, so a “best healthy aging supplements” guide on our website cannot pretend to be neutral. Sales are not open: visitors register interest at launch pricing, and no payment is taken. What we can do — and do here — is publish the criteria we built the company on, score our own products against them in the open, and keep the evidence limits in plain sight.

If another product meets these criteria better for you, the criteria still served you. That is the point of publishing them.

The single-ingredient thesis

Why we reject blend maths.

Most “healthy aging” products are blends: a long ingredient list under one proprietary total. The problems are structural. Each dose is hidden, so you cannot compare it against the study record. Under-dosed inclusions — a milligram of a gram-level ingredient — look identical to real doses on the label. And when something does not suit you, there is no way to know which ingredient caused it.

Single-ingredient products invert that. The active, the amount and the evidence are inspectable one by one. You can introduce one ingredient at a time, adjust one without disturbing the rest, and stop one without abandoning all. That is why Nutrae sells three separate defined compounds and no blend — and why this guide judges every product, ours included, one ingredient at a time.

How we judge

Methodology: documents, not vibes.

Every claim here traces to a readable source. The human study record is catalogued on our Science page — 21 primary human reports across the three ingredients, published between 1990 and 2026 — with plain-language ingredient primers for each. Quality documents, including Certificates of Analysis, are tracked live on the COA & Quality page.

Where a figure is a target rather than a verified result, this guide says target. Where evidence is biomarker-level, it says so. No reviews, ratings or testimonials, and no named competitors — the criteria below work on any label in front of you.

What actually matters

Six checks before you buy any stack.

  • Defined ingredients. Each item should be one named compound — calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, nicotinamide riboside hydrogen malate, Urolithin A — not a “complex” or “proprietary matrix”.
  • Per-ingredient dose transparency. Milligrams per capsule for each ingredient, so you can compare against studied amounts instead of trusting a blend total.
  • Evidence attached to the right ingredient and form. A Ca-AKG finding is not a Urolithin A finding; an NR chloride trial is not an NRHM trial. Stacks that cite one ingredient's evidence for another's benefit fail this check.
  • Batch verification. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis per ingredient — or a public status page tracking those documents.
  • UAE regulatory context. Supplements sold in Dubai are registered through Montaji. A brand open about its registration status is accountable in a way a grey import is not.
  • Honest pricing and availability. A clear per-bottle and per-set price in AED, no invented discounts, and truthful stock or reservation status.

Our product, measured

The Nutrae three against the same six checks.

  • Defined ingredients: three products, three named compounds, zero blends. Each product page states the full chemical name.
  • Dose transparency: 250 mg per capsule, 100 capsules per bottle, for each ingredient — quoted as the salt weight where a salt is involved, with the verified NR equivalent of NRHM still being confirmed for the final label.
  • Evidence discipline: the Science record attributes every finding to its ingredient, form, dose and population, and marks what cannot be transferred to the planned capsules.
  • Batch verification: purity targets are 98–99% by release specification. No lot-specific finished-product COA is published yet — the slots and live status are public on the COA & Quality page.
  • Registration: launch remains subject to Montaji product registration, advertising approval and final signed release documents.
  • Price: AED 199 per bottle, AED 349 for two, AED 449 for three — including the Trio Gift Box variants (three of one ingredient, or one of each). Reservation-only: no payment is taken and no pre-orders are accepted.

The honest limits: no finished Nutrae product has been tested in a randomized human trial, and no study has tested this three-ingredient combination, so there is no combination evidence to cite. Ingredient research does not establish an outcome for these planned capsules.

Honest fit

Who this is not for.

Skip the stack — and any supplement — if you expect promised outcomes; human evidence for all three ingredients is real but limited and largely biomarker-level. Skip it if you have not read at least the study summaries for the ingredient you are buying. Combining products multiplies what your clinician needs to know, so anyone using medicines, managing a medical condition, pregnant or nursing, or preparing for surgery should seek qualified medical advice first. And if one capsule combining everything sounds more convenient, understand what that convenience costs: hidden doses and borrowed evidence.

Questions

Healthy aging stack FAQ.

What are the best healthy aging supplements in the UAE?

Judge any healthy aging supplement by the same criteria: a defined single ingredient, a stated dose per capsule, batch-level testing you can inspect, an honest account of the human evidence, and a seller working through Montaji product registration. Nutrae develops three ingredients that each fit that frame — Ca-AKG, NRHM and Urolithin A — at AED 199 per bottle reservation pricing, or AED 449 for the three-bottle set.

Can I take Ca-AKG, NRHM and Urolithin A together?

The three ingredients act on different parts of cellular metabolism and no published study has tested this specific combination, so there is no combination evidence to cite — positively or negatively. The cautious approach is to introduce one product at a time, follow each label, and ask a qualified clinician, especially if you use medicines or manage a condition.

Why single ingredients instead of one combined capsule?

Separate single-ingredient products keep every dose inspectable: you can compare each amount against the study record, adjust one ingredient without disturbing the others, and stop one without stopping all. A combined capsule hides each dose inside a total and makes evidence-checking guesswork.

Is a supplement stack worth the money?

Only if each ingredient earns its place on evidence you have read, at a dose you have checked, from a maker that shows its testing. Human evidence for all three ingredients here is real but limited and largely biomarker-level. If the record does not convince you for one ingredient, buy none — the honest answer is sometimes to wait.

How much does the Nutrae three-ingredient set cost?

Launch reservation pricing is AED 199 per bottle, AED 349 for two bottles and AED 449 for three bottles — including the Trio Gift Box variants (three of one ingredient, or one of each). Ordering is not open today: no payment is taken and no pre-orders are accepted, only interest registration.

Are healthy aging supplements safe?

Each ingredient has human tolerability data at studied doses, but long-term supplemental safety data in healthy adults remains limited, and combining products multiplies what your clinician needs to know. Anyone pregnant or nursing, using medicines, managing a medical condition, or preparing for surgery should seek qualified medical advice before use.

Can I buy the Nutrae stack today?

No. Sales are not open on nutrae.ae. Launch remains subject to Montaji product registration, advertising approval and final signed release documents. You can register interest at launch pricing, and no card details are collected.
