Montaji product registration and promotional approval remain pending. Nutrae records launch interest while final production, packaging and release documentation are completed. No payment or sale is accepted before approval, and an interest registration does not create a dispatch promise.
Destinations
Available countries will be shown before payment when fulfilment opens. A destination is not presented as available until the relevant carrier, import and product route is confirmed.
Dispatch estimates
Dispatch and delivery estimates begin after an order is accepted and released to fulfilment. Customs, local inspection, weather, carrier disruption and incorrect address details can affect delivery.
Charges, duties and taxes
Shipping charges and any tax collected by Nutrae will be shown before payment. Depending on destination, local authorities or carriers may impose import duties, taxes or handling charges that are not included unless checkout expressly says they are.
Address responsibility
Check the delivery address before submission. Contact customer care immediately if it is wrong; changes may not be possible after fulfilment begins.
